Shipping Information

We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. Please contact us if your country is not listed.

We strive to ship within 24-48 hours. To keep our prices lower, some heavier items will ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore we have no way to control the shipping time. If an item ships directly, it will be noted in the product description.

We will always send you an email when your product ships, and we will notify you if shipping is to take more then 3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Need a return or exchange? Generally, unopened, unused items will be no problem to ruturn. Due to the nature of our products, some items may be returned on a case by case basis. In the event of a return or exhange, please call or email so we can process your return swiftly & efficiently. Return shipping will not be reimbursed unless the item is defective.
